Replace guttering and downpipes. Locate and clear / replace soak ring.

Our property at Fisherman's Drive, Whatkatane needs to have the following: Guttering in front of the Garage - replaced (about a 7m run) Guttering in front of house - 7 m run. Guttering at the back of the house - replaced. (About a 7m run). All is at 1st story level. Some is broken, and it does not flow properly even when cleaned as it dips and ponds. Happy with white PVC exterior guttering / downpipes. Additionally, the soak-ring for the back gutter is overflowing in rain. This needs to be located, and dug out and cleaned out or replaced if required. Looking for someone to investigate this, and recommend what's required to fix. Easy digging with Coastlands being on sand! We have tenants in place, and they are keen for the work to be done. If interested, will put you in touch with them to view the job.
