Leak around concrete chimney possibly flashing

Hi im looking at getting part of my roof done around the concrete chimney like a flashing area and possibly some sheets of iron to replace in an area that has been leaking down towards toilet area from chimney side. Im just wondering what the costs roughly would be? Im situated in Ross. Another question is do you do work and income quotes? I was quoted $900 from Roof on after a measure. Hamish stott
