Roof repair

Repairs required to a leaking concrete tile roof on a two storied house. Water has been getting into the eaves through the flashing on a small gable resulting in the ends of a couple of trusses rotted along with a section of fascia board. Would require some tiles to be removed to find source of problem and then repairs done. Scaffolding or cherry picker would be needed to access job.
