We own a large two level cedar weatherboard 1980's style home with a concrete tile roof. We are having issues with some leaking. I have identified one cracked tile where I think the main leak is coming from, but there may be further leaking in a cavity that is to confined to get internal access to. We have a large roof cavity so internal access to the cracked tile is very easy. We need to get this fixed as soon as possible as the leaking can get quite bad during periods of heavy rainfall. Job will be likely to require some scaffolding given the height of the home. Further leaking may be a result of the internal guttering system.
