I have just purchased an old villa in the BOP the gutters and spouting are in bad shape I'm looking at getting them repaired/replaced as the water is starting to damage the house. Don't want to spend a fortune just want them functional at this stage. If I have to spend a bit more a few years down the track so be it. Cheers.
