Small roof leak - torn membrane
Job description
I believe just a small patch is needed where the membrane has failed. The ribbed metal roof drains down to a membrane covered section, and then through two receiver boxes and down pipes. The small failed section of the membrane has meant a long-standing leak into a wall/window cavity. But I believe the repair will only be required on the roof side. Internal pictures for context.
