Roof leak and ceiling repair

During a recent rain event, we had water dripping from our bathroom ceiling. Please see photos attached of the water damage on the bathroom ceiling. Having investigated the roof space while it was raining, I identified a clear dark patch on the wood above the bathroom that appears to be water running down. Please see the attached photos of the roof space. The observations and photos were from a distance of about 5 metres, so I was unable to confirm the dark patch was definitely water. However, the dark patch seems to have disappeared when checking a few days after the rain, so water from the roof is the most likely cause. I have also attached some photos of the roof above the same area above the bathroom ceiling and roof space. There is a possible area of concern, with the sealant at the top of the join looking a bit damaged. The observations and photos were also from a distance, so cannot confirm the actual state of the sealant. I have also attached an aerial view of the roof and a floor plan for further context. I am looking for someone to assist with two pieces of work. Ideally both pieces of work could be done by the same tradesperson. 1. Confirm the source of the water ingress is through the roof as suspected and fix this issue to prevent further water ingress. Also confirm the water ingress is related to a particular rain event, so that we can pass the details on to our insurance company to see if the cost of fixing it is within the scope of our policy. 2. Replace the ceiling in the bathroom once the water ingress issue is resolved.
