Roof replace

To replace roof with new Coloursteel or similar. Colour is SnowStone. The roof is of a type of a lean-to abutting the house on 2 sides and is to be replaced with new material. The size is 3.3 x 3 meters. The high of the roof above the path is 2.6 meters. There are two sides of the roof where it joins the walls of the house (under the eves) the flashings on these sides will need to be inspected and replacement determined. Because these flashings are under the eves the seem to be in good condition. On the 3ard side (path side) the flashing will have to be replaced. The 4th side runs to the plastic gutter.
