Shed roof repair

We have a three bay agricultural shed built approx ten years ago by ‘Steel Frame Concepts’. It is 12 m x 8m made of metal sheeting. It has a clear plastic panel in the roof of each bay. One of the clear plastic panels has been leaking for a few months, but the wind recently blew a hole in that panel. We would like the panel replaced, maybe with clear plastic maybe with roofing iron. Advice would be appreciated. We would also like other clear plastic panels checked and replaced if necessary and a general check of the whole roof for leaks and fix any leaks.
