Removal of the spring head nails – 1 row at a time. o Light sanding of any corrosive areas and the application of an antic corrosive primer paint in these areas (Rustkill Etch primer is ideal). o The recrewing of the roof with screw fixings that have a large rubber washer. o The sealing and riveting of the chimney patch area. o Repainting of the roof to ensure that its longevity is maintained.
