Roof maintenance

Hi We are getting a 100 sqm house in Linden Tawa painted currently and considering some preventative maintenance for the roof as well. It's a tiled roof, in good condition but seems to have gathered moss over time. We need a roofing maintenance person to advise us what needs to be done to clean up the moss to make the roof look tidy and nice. Perhaps treat it so that it doesn't collect moss that easily. Some basic preventative maintenance really. We are looking for suggestions and quotes. Thanks CJ
