Leak around chimney

After someone to inspect and repair if needed the sealing between an old brick chimney and tin roof. We've noticed a bit of water damage inside and we think that's the cause. But we can't get on that part of the roof to investigate ourselves. Would be good to do a check on rest of the roof for other sealing that might need a touch up. The section with the chimney is difficult to access by ladder directly. (Happy to pay extra if you can clean that section of gutter and put in some gutter brushes while you're up there!)
