Newtown Cottage roof
Job description
Currently the roof is leaking and needs replacing. The cottage is original Newtown but was extensively renovated in the 80s/90s - probably it had a new roof then as a one room second story was added (see photo). There are a number of skylights which will need flashing and a partial glass roof over the kitchen/dining which currently is not leaking but might need some preventative attention. Timeframe - as soon as the weather will allow.
