To replace the existing coloursteel roof with a new one . One spouting at the back is to be replaced. Removal of the old materials etc..The house floor is about 104 sq m. I don’t expect an exact cost at this stage, just an estimate as trader needs to come to see the roof. I already have a couple of quotes and need another one. You don’t need to be professional roofers but you know how to do it and had done them in the past. I need to be given a warranty of the job in writing as part of the work contract. I will take out a Contract Work Insurance with STATE for the job and expect traders have one as well. Principally that’s the job, more details to follow upon inspection of site.

My whole experience from the beginning of discussion to quote, then the follow up after quote till the start and then finish of the job with Libby and team was really satisfying. Price was not too much different from the others but I chose Libby because I like dealing direct with the person in charge plus our communication was easy.
