Wellington Roof Repair

We have a leak in a roof . The house was re-roofed when additions were made to the house in the 1970s - it is a flat steel roof. We do not quite know where the leak is. The tenants noticed the leak on the weekend, and while we have had rain it was not heavy at the time the leak was first noticed. We are not sure where the leak is coming from - it might be elsewhere on the roof - or is tiny (i.e. through a nail fixture) or it could be directly above the leak area . (A couple of years ago we relined and insulated the adjoining rooms that back onto the wall where the leak is so potentially some water could be sitting in insulation). We need someone to check the roof and identify where the leak is coming from and fix it. Obviously we do not want to leave this for too long. If you are a builder we also have a door that needs some easing as it is sticking on carpet.
