Job description

Metal Spouting & Downpipes Johnsonville, Wellington

Published on 3rd June 2023

House has channel guttering between two parts of the roof. Both ends of the guttering are rotten and need replacing. One end leaked into the ceiling space, causing it to flood and break. I've been told the channel guttering needs to be raised in the middle so it drains properly, the wooden flashing at either end need replacing, the rusted drop outlet to the downpipe needs to be replaced with a pvc one, the internal jib and insulation needs to be replaced and repainted. Some laminated flooring has been water damaged, and will also need to be replaced. Anticipate needing a plumber and a builder for this work. The house is single story where this guttering is. The affected internal space is a large entranceway.
