Refix loose down pipe to gutter

The down pipe has slipped off the gutter noozle, and slid down the wall of the house due to loose fixings. Also check of all gutters and downpipes 2 story house. Note: one side of the property is 2 .5 -3 story property on steep slope edge. Please could I have a qoute for refixing the downpipe including costs for scaffolding and materials required.
