Roof inspection and repair

Hi there, I'd like to have my tile roof checked for leaks (there's one spot in a bedroom where it looks like there may be some water damage to the ceiling), and I believe a couple of the tiles along the ridge at the top of the roof need to be replaced or re-cemented. There is a wooden fascia, and on one side of the gable roof, right at the peak of the roof, there appears to be some deformation - possibly rot? It would be great to get this checked out and fixed if needed.
