Guttering at rear ( LH side of property that ranges from single level then to garage, first floor and second floor) has leaking joints that drip. Gutter joints need resealing in two places ( one accessible via adjustable ladder on outside stairs that has deteriorated tape stuck on it) and the other joints at the higher level ). Work cannot be carried out in March. Guttering dates back to late 1980's
