Roofing maintenance work 1: General roof check 2: Fixing any overlaps/flashing which are lifting and rust on edges (photos 1 and 2 attached for what we’ve noticed so far). One overlap? near a window may be the cause of a leak in extreme weather.

Did a good thorough job. Despite some difficulties with our old roof, weather, covid, etc, the guys kept turning up until a good tidy job was achieved. Seemed very knowledgeable about roofing.
