Re-roof to long run steel

Job image

Job description

Re-Roof Tiled Roof
Wellington

Looking to re-roof with long run steel. Job now more urgent due to leaks developing in the house. Would like to get the job complete before next winter. Roof is split over 3 parts as the house is effectively terraced into the hillside. Top two are 30+yr old decramastic tiles. They were both tested for asbestos in April and returned negative. The 'mid' roof is adjacent to weatherboards on the top part of the house and so will require some building work. The bottom section is a smaller section of long run corrugate that will be updated to match the rest of the roof. The priority will be to re-roof the 'mid' roof as that is in the worst shape and where the leaks are - and also all we have budget for right now. We are looking for quotes to complete the whole house broken down by each roof section, including known quantities such as building work and scaffolding in order to make our decisions. We aim to get someone tasked to schedule the work on the 'mid' roof as soon as possible. Whilst the roof is the priority we would also like to discuss options for replacing guttering and insulation. Plus the possible removal of the top of an old chimney stack on the top roof. (It's not essential that you're able to provide these options)

Fantastic workmanship, care and attention to detail on display from Danny, Levi and the team who diligently worked around the Wellington weather conditions. Communication was good when we had their focus although Danny could be difficult to get hold of when his focus was pulled across other projects - more a symptom of running a successful business and scheduling around the weather. We will be asking Danny and the team to complete the rest of our re-roofing in the near future.
