Monier Cement Tile Roof - Storm Damaged, Leaking
Job description
Cement tiles displaced during wind and rain storm, mortaring cracked, hip of roof displaced and loose. The work would be in two parts. One would be an asap patch fix for short term weathertightness. I have already shifted tiles back into place but many are cracked and mortaring is loose. The second part would be a proper replacement of broken tiles, fixing tiles somehow in this area to avoid further slippage, and fixing the broken mortaring on the roof (a general maintenance pass). This is a 1 story house on the back and 2 stories on the front, most of the work would be in the internal gutter area.
