Hip/ridge flashing mortar repair
Job description
We had a pre-sale builders' report done and they identified some cracking in the mortar around the hip/ridge flashings on our concrete tile roof, as well as deterioration of the boot flashing around a ventilation pipe. If possible we would like to get this fixed before we list (late August).

We had a fairly short timeframe to do this work as we were putting our house on the market, and Alchemy stepped up to the plate. There was a short delay from the original plan but overall the work got completed in good time and good order and to the original budget. Completely satisfied with the outcome and I would use this company again.
