Minor guttering repair, plus some spray cleaning / weed clearing where possible

Body corporate work with quick payment. First priority is a small area that has some failing guttering needs replacing, maybe some minor plaster work needed too required to fill holes I noticed - see photos. Some other gutters could do with an algae spray if you can do that too. Some weeds growing in other areas too but they may difficult to reach without some cool extendable tools. Let me know.
