Polycarbonate roof replacement approx. 16 sqm
Job description
Hi, I need a quote please to replace a first storey conservatory roof with 8 sheets of polycarbonate roofing. I have already purchased the roofing sheets, screws and foam sealing strip (just to make sure of availability). The existing flashings look to be re-usable but should be replaced if required. A mobile scaffold tower is available for use if required. Existing roof has been leaking and has reached end of life so needs replacement no later than end of May 2022.

Miles and his team arrived when they said they would, phoning me to let me know they were on their way. They completed the roof replacement, as well as a temporary repair to a broken gutter, on time and on budget. The roof has since been well tested with recent heavy rain, hail and gale force winds with no sign of leaks. I'm very happy with the finished job.
