Job description

Repair Tin & Coloursteel
Wellington

We have a leaky “lean to” section of our roof that ideally needs to be replaced or repaired. It’s a low pitched 'lean to' section of long run roof above part of our kitchen/dining rooms. It's approx 7.4m long and 2.2m wide, w low pitch angle. Ideally it would be replaced w coloursteel long run karaka. It's currently in an old long run roofing (not coloursteel) w ridges approx 21.5cm apart, that's painted karaka to match other parts of the house. There's a skylight in the section of roof to be replaced - the flashed skylight area in total is approx 1.5 x 1.65 metres. In terms of access and height - on two sides it is above decking, and on the third the ground is sloped and concreted. Photos attached. We hope our makeshift tarpaulin patch gives you a chuckle.

Marc was great to work with. Excellent communications, and very efficient and friendly onsite. He took care to make sure the worksite was clean and everything removed afterwards. Can fully recommend him. Our first time using Builderscrack, and will do it again.
