Repair roof tile

Hi I have had a leak come through out laundry window. Didn't know initially what was causing it as i had the windows seals replaced. I then checked the roof and saw a very rusty tile and then ran the hose through it and sure enough the leak started. So Im keen to replace the tile. The rest of the roof is in good condition. Its just a couple of tiles which may need replace or fixed
