Roof repair - current leak, plus bad paint job

The roof was painted prior to me purchasing the house, but the paint on the north side of the roof has all bubbled. On the south side I have a leak near the front of the house. I need someone to assess the condition of the entire roof, recommend what needs to be done to fix my two known issues but also let me know if there are other issues as well. I'm keen to repair rather than replace, unless issues uncovered indicate a replace is the best option. My guttering needs cleaning too, so if you also offer that service I'd consider the same person doing both jobs.
