Repair small leak (probably around skylight)

There is a leak in the roof next to the skylight which needs to be made watertight. The house is part of a deceased estate so the job doesn't need to be pretty but just needs to be watertight until the estate is sorted out so that the interior of the house doesn't deteriorate. The roof seems to be in good repair generally so it might even be as simple as a loose flashing. It is a two storey house, however being up a hill, there is single-storey access to the roof (and the roof itself it not very steep).
