this is s flat garage roof that has some rotten slats and leaks. The joists supporting the roof are good. But I need the slats replaced or repaired and the buytnol (or similar) replaced or repaired. The total roof measures about 3m by 5m. There are two rotten bits measuring 1.5m * 3m and 1m * 3m.
