Repair Leak in steel tile roof

During major storm water began coming through ceiling of garage. On investigation, discovered sealant where guttering meets the second storey wall Hole had previously been sealed and was rotting away. Removed old sealant and re sealed hole myself as a patch job. That has stopped the worst of the water ingress, however, still a trickle of water during heavy rain Need someone to perform repairs necessary to make watertight as soon as possible. All work will be on first storey roof above garage, can be easily accessed by ladder from driveway. Budget below is dependent on extent of works required
