Tin roof repair

My almost flat Tin roof is rusted in many places and is now causing a leak in the kitchen. However it is only part of the roof that needs repair, the other three quarters is in very good condition. Due to the leak and wet weather, I am keen to get this fixed as soon as possible. I also have another mysterious leak in my garage too - no obvious damage to internal or external walls but would like that looked at too! Thanks Andrew
