Need Scaffold and Roof Inspection for Late June
Job description
We are looking for a skilled tradesman to set up scaffold and inspect our corrugated iron roof for any maintenance needed, such as treatment of any rust. The house is 3 bedrooms and 2 story. We would like the scaffold and the work to happen in late June to coincide with some work we are doing on our upstairs windows (to maximise the scaffold while it is up!). Will be dependent on weather so not sure exactly how long the scaffold will need to be up, but hoping no longer than 2 weeks.

While we had scaffold up we asked Bremner Building to inspect our roof, they uncovered some pretty poor historic work that had been carried out -- previous house owners appear to have painted directly over rusted steel and the roof was not originally installed to code. Tong provided us with excellent feedback and advice to remedy the problems, and was a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely use Bremner Building again.
