Replace gutter and down pipe

The steel gutters along two adjacent walls of the house has rusted through and leaks. I want to replace the steel gutter and the down pipe with uPVC or similar. There's approximately 20m of guttering along two adjacent walls around one corner, and 6m-7m of down pipe. The existing down pipe has been concreted in at the bottom, so I'm expecting to cut the steel pipe near the base and use some sort of adapter to connect the new uPVC pipe. I'm open to suggestions that don't involve digging up the concrete! The gutter is about 5-6m above ground at its highest point, and 3-4m above the patio.
