fix leak /secure roof

I have brought a house but dont move until the end of July 2010 - HOWEVER the vendor will allow a trades person in to fix the leak in the lounge. description from the builders report re the leak and the lower lounge roof: Areas of the roofing are not adequately secured down. The roofing over the northwest corner is loose with water staining noted to the ceiling below initially i would like a rough quote while i arrange a day with the vendor for access to the property. Upon receiving access you will be able to give a more accurate cost for me to approve. The vendor will allow the trades person on the property again after this to fix the roof/leak before settlement. Again I will arrange a day once i have received and approved a quote.
