Leaking Roof

My semi-detached unit has a decramastic tile roof which over the last few years has developed several leaks. As each one was fixed another one opened up. The last straw is a leak into my outside lights. My neighbours in the adjoining unit have no leaks. I would either like my roof made watertight permanently, or I would like advice on replacing my half of the roof.
