Decramastic Tile Replacement, Weather Tightness, and Gutter Cleaning

About 2-3 months ago, I found a water stain on my ceiling, and due to being on a cross-lease property, I need permission from my neighbour for a major work, and my neighbour agreed if I am only doing a decramastic tile replacement, along with gutter cleaning and ensuring the weather tightness of the house. The roof has mild asbestos, I can send the report, including the builders report on the extent of the damage. I was hoping for someone to come have a look sometime, but due to me working full time, you might only be able to have a visit to the house without me present. Please remember to have an assistant and a long ladder with safety harness, as the roof can only be climbed from the backyard. My neighbour last had these done on his roof as well: • pre clean/ anti mould spray • replacing rusted / broken tiles • the specific coatings to be applied and how many coatings • drain protection gutter clean • safety regarding asbestos Please give me a quote and specified work that will be done on the house as detailed as possible and as soon as possible, in order for the leak to be fixed quickly and properly.
