Spouting Repair & Roof Inspection

I need someone to replace some spouting that I think the lack of is causing water leakage into the house (see item 1 below). The roofing material is decramastic tiling. There are other things that we want evaluated (items 2-5 below). Can you let me know when you would be able to look at our roof concerning the following points: 1. Roof leak in specific conditions: Very high wind and torrential rain (East side) 2. Spouting overflow in that same area 3. General condition of roof & spouting - what does it look like up there: PPM -repairs required etc 4. Schedule for re-coating/pebbling - how bad is it? Last done 2004 5. Lichen & Moss removal if it doesn't need re-coating immediately. Could the appointment be either early or late in the day so that my wife can be present as well? Regards
