Roof leak - flashing repair

We have had a leak following the recent heavy rains (see photo). We had a roofer look at it, and he advised that it was from a flashing that is rusted through, but their company is too busy at the moment so looking for another option for repair. We plan to repair the roof in the short term, and replace it in the next year or so (would be happy to consider the same company for both jobs)
