Leaking range hood flue, roof & gutter inspection

My range hood flue leaks in heavy rain. The water runs down the flue and drips onto the stove top. I need someone to get on the roof and reseal it please. While they are up there I would like them to look at the general condition of the roof and tell me if work is required. Check and clear the gutters (they are not blocked as far as I am aware). You can just throw any material on the ground. I will pick it up. Access to the roof is easy because we have a second floor deck at the back of the house and ladders. The roof is decramastic tile giving good grip under foot. Am working from home at the moment so can fit in with your time. Photos attached to make it clear.
