Urgent roof repair (Porch)
Job description
Residential Propety. Small back porch roof repair in Lyall Bay Wellington required. Leaks rain water due to perishing of materials (One builder has diagnosed the perishing as caused by an "electrolysis" effect of sorts. He was unable to fix it due to it being a job for someone with more roofing experience). On a rainy day water leaks through the light bulb fitting of the porch. Looking for someone to fix /reroof the porch asap.

Gab fixed a back porch roof leak for me.. He assessed the issue and gave me two options of which would both address the leak. Gab was mindful of budget and costing. He completed the job in the time frame set out. The finished job was clean and tidy. Gabs communication is excellent. I am very happy with his workmanship and will certainly utilise Property Solutions in the future.
