Vent pipe removal

I need a roofer or handyman to cut an old steel vent pipe from our roof and remove the pipe off site. The pipe is half cut about 300mm off the roof and just needs final cutting and to be safely dropped. No work on remaining part of pipe needed (I will prep, seal and paint that). Timeframe in the next month or two.
