Replacing corroded nails and checking watertightness of roof

Hi We have just bought a house and the only visible maintenence needed atm is that some nails in the metal roof are rusting and need to be replaced. Also for the insurer we need someone to get in tbe roof space and just check the roof is not leaking because of this. We move in on 31 october so anytime November should work for us. Have a builders report from the purchase which shows the roof if you need to see it. Thanks
