Gutters

I have an issue with a first floor gutter just above the garage, It was dripping from under and I thought it's due to a clogged gutter. I have since got everything cleaned by chemwash and its still happening. The dripping is seeping through the bay window of the kitchen due a hole in the sealant. I need the dripping fixed and the leak between glass panes sealed.
