Hi I need to replace the roof on a portion of my house which is a flat roof extension. The roof is now rusted in areas and leaking. The rest of the roof was replaced a few years ago so is fine. I would also like the half roof on the deck which extends from the extension roof replaced too. The extension is elevated so you will likely need scaffolding.
