New roof flashing required on 6th floor apartment

We own a 6th floor (top story) apartment in Central Wellington in the Hannahs Laneway. We require a new flashing for where our pitched, conservatory roof meets the buildings exterior concrete walls, as the old flashing is tired and leaking. It would be a large flashing, running almost the entire length of one side of our apartment. There are harness points so the roofers can be attached while working, and there are no sheer drops below. This job is probably geared more towards those with commercial experience. We would ideally like to have this job completed before August.
