Re-do Tin roof

We need to re-do all tin roof. It needs to be done soon as I noticed a couple of brown spots on my living room ceiling. We've had someone looking into it and saying we should consider re-doing the entire roof so that is what we are doing. I have got a couple of quotes already, and have already sorted financials to do the work. Just need another quote so I can choose and progress this.
