Reconditioning of roofing sheets and replacing roofing nails with screws

We have two sections of roofing. The section of the roofing at the rear is accessible from the back patio. There is some surface rusting in sections of the roofing sheets here. We would also like the roofing nails replaced with screws. The other section of roofing is over the front of the house. This is two storeys high. This does not appear to be in as bad condition but I believe scaffolding would be required for any maintenance on this section
