New roof for a small body corporate

Looking to get a quote on a new roof for a small body corporate (2 apartments) in a 1950's house. We're on an elevated section in Roseneath, and a reasonable slope. The access isn't difficult it's just awkward (long pathway and about 30 steps). Only giving you this information to be upfront. If you're prepared to take something like this on, would be great if someone could come to the house to quote. Day by arrangement but I will be around Monday, 25th all day.
