birds in ceiling and leaking guttering

we've got birds getting into our attic space and nesting. they are getting in through a gap between the roof and the guttering. this area of guttering is also dripping quite a bit. we'd like someone who can get the birds out, plug the gap they are getting in and repairing the drip (which is think is just coming from a join). The difficulty is that it is on a part of our house which is effectively two stories high.
